“Who am I, underneath the roles I hold?”
My Identity Map
A calm way to lay out the parts of your inner world — story, relationships, context and direction — so you can see them in one place.
Most of us carry an inner world that has never been laid out where we can see it. This experience offers a gentle starting structure — you choose what goes on the map, and nothing is scored or interpreted for you.
What this is
An orientation, not a test. You build your own map of the inner world you actually have: the story you tell about yourself, the relationships that shape you, the contexts you live inside, and the directions that pull you.
How it works
- Begin from an open prompt or a suggested structure — whichever feels easier.
- Add only what you choose to add. Blank areas are allowed and normal.
- There is no result screen. The map is the result, and it stays yours.
People often find that simply seeing these parts side by side changes how they relate to them. That noticing — not any conclusion — is the point.
One next step
Choose one area of your map that feels most alive right now, and note one small thing you would like to understand better about it.
Who this is for
Adults exploring who they are outside externally given roles and expectations. No prior knowledge is needed.
What this is not
A reflective learning experience, not an assessment. It does not measure, type or diagnose you, and it is not a substitute for therapy.
