“What shaped me — and what am I carrying forward?”
My Story & Turning Points
A phased look at the transitions and formative moments that still influence your present, at whatever depth feels safe.
Lives are not straight lines. This experience walks through your story as phases and turning points, so patterns can become visible without needing to be relived. You decide what to include and how deep to go.
What this is
A structured way to look at your life as chapters: what each phase asked of you, what it gave you, and where things turned. Turning points are not only losses — moves, meetings, endings and beginnings all count.
How it works
- Sketch your phases first; names can be simple ("before the move", "the quiet years").
- Mark the turning points you can see between them.
- For each one, notice — without judgement — what it may still be shaping.
The aim is perspective, not excavation. You can stop at any point and the map remains useful.
One next step
Pick one turning point you listed and note one way it still shows up in your present — a habit, a caution, or a strength.
Who this is for
Adults reflecting on their life story. Choose your own depth; heavier material belongs in supported settings.
What this is not
Not trauma therapy and not a memory-processing tool. If revisiting your story feels overwhelming, pause and consider support from a qualified practitioner.
